Been a Paradigm family for years. Needed to buy a pair of bookshelves for a small vinyl station. John was a pleasant guy from the start and a very nice and down to earth guy. I had an eye on premiers but ended up with the atoms after he had the patience to sample both for me. There were some great convos and it's wonderful to see small businesses like this still around. I will always come here for my audio needs. Thanks so much

Worked with Kevin P. He answered my questions, let me demo speakers with music of my choosing, and was a good guy to deal with. Walked out with sweet speakers and integrated amp, both of which I am enjoying as I write this review. I will enjoy this new system for many years.

I moved from NYC and discovered this place on google, I have been weeks and Im expecting a call back on a pair of Magnepan speakers. I spoke with 2 different staff members, one by phone, the other in person and email. They failed to reach out and provide a simple answer. When the speakers will be available. Nobody calls back. I had to call them and they said they were busy with a customer and will call me back. Its been weeks. This is definitely a store with preference in the customers they want to work with. My money isn’t green enough apparently. Fortunately I was able to find another Magnepan distributor close by and I received my speakers in less than a week. Sound and vision are a great example on how not to treat new customers. Glad I learned this lesson about this place in ohio.

Went in for a new turntable. Worked primarily with Kevin and spent about an hour in the store. Both he and the other person there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin in particular spent time explaining the best options for my set up and sounds options. They were patient and kind. Easily the best in store buying experience I’ve ever had.

We stopped in at random cause we were driving by and I had been looking at Best Buy which was just a terrible experience . The two gentleman were incredible they allowed us to hear a few things and we spent most likely an hour or so in the store talking and we purchased Magnepan 1.7I speakers . I absolutely love them and they gave us great service at the store and was very personable . I’ll certainly come back for sure when we decide to add anything else to our home audio
